Sweden Now Available

A Swedish version of Fugawi iMap is now available.

There are 5 versions:

1. Fugawi iMap SV Sweden Entire Country
2. Fugawi iMap SV 1 Götaland
3. Fugawi iMap SV 2 Svealand
4. Fugawi iMap SV 3 Södra Norrland
5. Fugawi iMap SV 4 Norra Norrland

    I just bought the program with maps of sweden norra norrland.
    Is is possible to download the complete maps via wifi in advance because i have bad cell coverage on some of the places that i stay on? Otherwise this app is no good for me.. I need to use it where i don't have any coverage!

  2. All maps you browse will stay in cache locally on the phone so you can still use them while out of Cell/Internet coverage.

  4. It appears that Apple have not yet approved this region (each region is an independent App). We suspect it due to the Christmas holiday as Apple has closed the back-end support for iTunes. SV-1 should become available in the coming few days.

  6. I,ve just purchased Fugawi iMap, SV1 Götaland for iPhone. I have dome difficulties to create a X-traverse account on the iPhone. I only get "Product is in invalid", and my e-mail is taken. Anyone with ideas?

  7. Dec 30, 2009, 9:53 EST: We are aware that there is a problem with x-traverse account creation with the error "Product is Invalid" being generated. We are working on this issue now and hope to have a solution within a few hours.

  8. Dec 30, 2009 11:21 EST: This issue has now been resolved. Users of Fugawi iMap can now subscribe to X-Traverse.com for GPX file data transfer of waypoints. From within the iMap app, select Settings|X-Traverse Account|Create X-Traverse Account. Enjoy.

  9. Hi,

    Will there be possible in a future version of the app to download parts of or entire maps (with all zoom levels) to have them available offline? I am aware of the current functionality of caching the maps..

  10. One option is to let you select a centre point (say a waypoint) and then prompt the app to auto download and cache all scales withing a certain distance of this point. Would this be what you are after?

  11. When trying to use the SV1 Götaland app when having no data coverage, I'm getting "Error! Operation could not be completed. (NSURLDomain error -1018.) (null)" instead of being able to browse the cached maps.

    iPhone OS version 3.1.2 (7D11).

  12. When I try to log in to "show account info" it says that i should log in with a valid email adress and password. The problem is that I have write the correct email and password..

  13. Have you activated your account with Fugawi X-Traverse? Can you log on using the email/password at www.x-traverse.com?
